In December 2021, GWMWater was reappointed as Storage Manager under Section 122ZK of the Water Act 1989, in respect of the bulk entitlements and environmental entitlements granted for the Wimmera-Mallee System Headworks, subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the Storage Manager Instrument of Appointment 2021 documentation.
