Water supplyYour water comes from the Grampians Headworks Storages. The "headworks" is the area in and around the Grampians ranges and Wimmera River. It includes 11 reservoirs and diversion weirs and the streams and channels connecting them. GWMWater maintains the infrastructure of the headworks, while the independent Storage Manager manages the water resources. Your drinking water is treated at the Halls Gap Water Treatment Plant and piped to Pomonal. |
